Elisabet Vinberg Hearn is a speaker, author, leadership strategist and executive coach.
She is often hired to talk about Future Leadership and Winning Teams.
Elisabet is a published author of the multi-award winning books “The Team Formula” and “Leading Teams – 10 Challenges: 10 Solutions”.
She has extensive experience from the business world, including 13 years with American Express, based both in Sweden and in the UK. She has held various leadership roles, responsible for customer servicing, process re-engineering and corporate culture transformation.
She’s founder of Think Solutions UK Ltd in the UK and Think Solutions AB in Sweden, leadership consultancies specializing in employee engagement and profitable corporate cultures. She also operates as a consultant, speaker and coach, working with individuals, teams and organizations, providing strategic leadership and tactical solutions to clients around the World. Her personal and professional style combined with considerable leadership experience has delivered lasting results for clients including; ABN AMRO, Royal Bank of Scotland, American Express, MasterCard, H&M, IKEA, Skanska, Vattenfall, Trygg-Hansa (Royal Sun Alliance) and Bombardier Transportation amongst others.
She has a degree in Marketing Economics from IHM Business School and an MBA in Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria (Robert Kennedy College).
Lina is the administrative assistant at the think team. Her tasks vary from updating blogs, being responsible for the website, booking in meetings and planning’s projects.
She owes excellent problem solving and exemplary organisational skills to her background in education working in schools both in Sweden and in the UK.
Outside of Think Lina is a school committee member at a local Swedish language school where she manages classes, student intake and the forward direction of the school.
Camilla’s experience spans from customer relationships and the financial business to teaching and development.
With a genuine interest in people and an ability to understand others, Camilla is an excellent facilitator with extensive international experience. The last few years she has worked with companies such as ABN AMRO, Royal Bank of Scotland, Skanska and American Express, and in locations as diverse as Sweden, the Netherlands, Romania, Poland and Kazakhstan.
Having worked as a leader in a fast-paced call center environment at American Express, she’s a great motivator and coach, and constantly uses coaching as a way of improving performance. Mental strength is one of her specific areas of expertise.
She’s frequently invited to talk about and train people in Effective Communication, Leadership, Change Management and Cultural Differences in global organizations.
In her spare time she is active in world-class barbershop singing and has won the world championship title with her choir, Rönning Show Chorus, twice.
